BitFlip is a binary-and-decimal practice app. This policy is short because the honest summary is one sentence: BitFlip collects no data, and nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. BitFlip has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network access at all — the app requests no permissions and does not connect to the internet. We (the developer) receive no information about you or your use of the app.

What stays on your device

Your practice history, profile names, avatar choices, and settings are stored locally on your device so the app can show your progress. This data never leaves your phone. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, permanently deletes it.

Multiple profiles

BitFlip lets several people practise on one shared device. Profiles are simple names with no passwords, because they exist only on that device and protect nothing beyond practice scores. Anyone with access to the device can view or delete any profile on it.

Purchases

If a paid upgrade is offered through Google Play, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play's billing system. BitFlip itself never sees or stores payment details.

Children

BitFlip is a general-audience educational app. Because no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.

Changes

If the app's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects this policy, the policy will be updated here and the "last updated" date revised.
